NOĆ NAKON ROČIŠTA – I NOĆNE MORE ZBOG PRIZORA KO NAM DIJELI PRAVDU

Još uvijek se prisjećam 27. novembra – dana disciplinskog ročišta.
I ne pretjerujem kada kažem da mi se nakon toga javljaju noćne more.
Ne zbog pitanja.
Ne zbog postupka.
Nego zbog spoznaje ko sve u ovoj državi sudi ljudima.
DVA MJESECA SVAKODNEVNIH TEKSTOVA – I SUDIJA NE PITA NI ZA JEDAN JEDINI
Pisali smo o svemu.
Oko dva mjeseca intenzivno, svakodnevno.
A najzanimljiviji detalj s ročišta? …na koje sam došao očekujući višesatno ispitivanje od strane sudije Svetlane da dokazujem istinitost svega što je napisano i feljtonu.
Sudija Svetlana Stevanović nije mi postavila NI JEDNO pitanje tipa:
- „Ovo što ste napisali – nije tačno.“
• „Objasnite zašto ste to objavili.“
• „Dokažite.“
• „Povucite ili obrišite.“
• „Objasnite zašto pišete da sam nezakonito sudila – ili da protivno zakonu nisam htjela suditi.“
Ništa.
Nula.
Znači — nije smjela tvrditi da imamo ijedan netačan podatak.
To je – htjela ona to ili ne – priznanje istinitosti svega što je o njoj objavljeno.
Jer da je u tekstovima bilo ijedne greške – povukla bi me za jezik.
Ali nije.
Jer ne možeš oboriti ono što je istina.
I zato kažem:
to što je šutjela o sadržaju – to je najveća moguća potvrda tačnosti svake naše riječi.
A kad sudija šuti o navodnoj „neistini“, pa to je – da prostite – najljepša pohvala.
Pa makar dolazila i od sudije Svetlane.
MI O NJOJ PIŠEMO ISTINU – A IZGLEDA DA JE UPRAVO TO NJEN NAJVEĆI PROBLEM
Ono što joj se, po svemu sudeći, Svetlani nije dopalo –
nije sama činjenica da se o njoj piše.
Nego činjenica da je napisano tačno.
Jer da je bilo samo zrno laži –
zaustavila bi postupak, okrenula se prema meni i izgovorila onu čuvenu sudijsku rečenicu:
„To nije istina.“
Ali nije mogla.
Jer sve što smo pisali – napisala je sama.
U svojim rješenjima.
U svojim presudama.
U onom što je Kantonalni sud u Tuzli dva puta u mjesec dana proglasio – nezakonitim radom.
Nije problem što se piše.
Nego što se piše istina.
Ne sviđa joj se istina – pa šta ćemo sad?
Šta da učinimo kad je istina ružna, ali tačna?
Mi nismo pisali neistine o Svetlani – Bože sačuvaj.
Mi pišemo samo ono što je uradila, potpisala, izrekla i za šta je Kantonalni sud u Tuzli dva puta, u mjesec dana, presudio da je nezakonito sudila.
Svetlana je dobila dva šamara zakonitosti od Kantonalnog suda i sada je kriv advokat Mirnes Ajanović što smo mi pisali o tome.
Valjda je očekivala da izmislimo nešto, pa da se brani.
Ali ne ide to tako.
Pravilo Dokumentovano.ba je jednostavno:
Ako je istina – objavit ćemo.
Ako nije istina – nećemo ni dirati.
Deremo istinom.
Bez filtera, bez šećera, bez čuvanja ničijih osjećanja.
Kome se sviđa – neka se sviđa.
Kome ne – opet dobro.
Kome smeta – imamo i za to razumijevanja, ali nećemo prestati.
„SVETLANA SVE ZNA – ALI SE PRAVI DA NE ZNA“
FAKTI SU VEĆ PRESUDILI – NEMA VIŠE SUDSKE OSVETNIČKE SILE
A sudija Svetlana zna sve ovo.
Zna svaki datum.
Svaki broj rješenja – njena su.
Svako sudsko poništenje njenog nezakonitog rada.
I zna da je ova disciplinska prijava koju je podnijela – ne samo neosnovana, nego i preslikana već odbijenoj kao neosnovanoj prijavi sudije Šejle Ćatić, koja je pala kao kula od karata.
I to ćemo u sljedećim nastavcima dodatno pokazati, sa svim dokazima.
Jer javnost mora znati jednu ključnu stvar:
Mirnes Ajanović ne može biti odgovoran ni za šta što je istina.
A posebno ne za naše tekstove Dokumentovano.ba koji samo dokumentuju istinu.
A kad objavimo njegove odgovore – brat bratu preko hiljadu stranica – mnogima će se zavrtjeti u glavi.
Svima koji danas misle da mogu disciplinirati istinu.

THE NIGHT AFTER THE HEARING – AND NIGHTMARES ABOUT WHO IS DISPENSING JUSTICE IN THIS COUNTRY
I still recall 27 November — the day of the disciplinary hearing.
And I am not exaggerating when I say that what followed were nightmares.
Not because of the questions.
Not because of the procedure.
But because of the realization of who in this country is judging people.
TWO MONTHS OF DAILY ARTICLES – AND THE JUDGE DID NOT QUESTION A SINGLE ONE
We wrote about everything.
For almost two months — intensely, every single day.
And the most interesting detail from the hearing?
…I arrived expecting hours of questioning from Judge Svetlana, expecting her to challenge the truthfulness of every line published in the serial.
But Judge Svetlana Stevanović did not ask me a single question such as:
- “What you wrote is not true.”
• “Explain why you published this.”
• “Prove it.”
• “Retract it or delete it.”
• “Explain why you claim I acted unlawfully — or that I refused to adjudicate contrary to the law.”
Nothing.
Zero.
Meaning — she could not claim that we had a single incorrect fact.
Whether she liked it or not — that silence was an admission of the truth of everything written about her.
Because if there had been even one mistake in our articles — she would have jumped at my throat.
But she didn’t.
You cannot overturn what is true.
And that is why I say:
her silence on the substance was the strongest possible confirmation of the accuracy of every word we published.
And when a judge remains silent about an alleged “untruth” — that is, excuse the expression — the most beautiful compliment.
Even if it comes from Judge Svetlana.
WE WRITE THE TRUTH ABOUT HER – AND THAT, APPARENTLY, IS HER BIGGEST PROBLEM
What Judge Svetlana seems unable to digest
is not the fact that we write about her.
It is the fact that what is written is true.
Because if there had been even a grain of falsehood —
she would have stopped the proceeding, turned to me, and delivered the famous judicial line:
“That is not true.”
But she couldn’t.
Because everything we wrote — she wrote herself.
In her rulings.
In her decisions.
In the very acts that the Cantonal Court in Tuzla twice, within a month, declared unlawful.
The problem is not that we write.
The problem is that we write the truth.
She does not like the truth — and now what?
What should we do when the truth is unpleasant, but accurate?
We never wrote falsehoods about Svetlana — God forbid.
We write only what she has done, signed, pronounced — and what the Cantonal Court in Tuzla twice declared unlawful within one month.
Svetlana received two slaps of legality from the Cantonal Court — and now the culprit is attorney Mirnes Ajanović because we wrote about it.
Perhaps she hoped we would invent something — so she could defend herself.
But that is not how this works.
The rule at Dokumentovano.ba is simple:
If it is true — we will publish it.
If it is not — we don’t touch it.
We strike with truth.
Without filters, without sugar-coating, without sparing anyone’s feelings.
Those who like it — fine.
Those who don’t — also fine.
Those who are bothered — we understand, but we won’t stop.
“SVETLANA KNOWS EVERYTHING – BUT PRETENDS NOT TO”
THE FACTS HAVE ALREADY RULED – JUDICIAL REVENGE HAS NO POWER ANYMORE
And Judge Svetlana knows all of this.
She knows every date.
Every case number — they’re hers.
Every annulment of her unlawful work.
And she knows that this disciplinary complaint she filed is not only unfounded,
but a carbon copy of the already rejected complaint of Judge Šejla Ćatić —
which collapsed like a house of cards.

Because the public must understand one crucial thing:
Mirnes Ajanović cannot be held responsible for anything that is true.
Especially not for our Dokumentovano.ba articles, which merely document the truth.

Especially those who believe they can discipline the truth.
