Nastavljamo feljton „SUD I JA – Svetlana Stevanović“, i kako svaki nastavak donosi novi šok – tako i ovaj.

KADA JE PALA PRIJAVA SUTKINJE ŠEJLE ĆATIĆ – PAST ĆE I SVETLANINA I SVAKI POKUŠAJ SUDIJSKE OSVETE ZBOG OBJAVLJIVANJA ISTINE
Ko je pratio prethodne dijelove, zna da sudija Svetlana Stevanović na ročištu 27. novembra nije postavila ni jedno jedino pitanje o istinitosti tekstova Dokumentovano.ba, za koje je lažno prijavila advokata Mirnesa Ajanovića.
Nula.
Ni pokušaj.
Ni pokušaj pokušaja.
To je već samo po sebi poruka – jer sudija koja vjeruje da je tekst o njoj laž, IDE NA TO PUNOM PAROM.
A kada sudija ne smije izgovoriti „to nije tačno“ – onda zna da je sve tačno.
Upravo tako je već pukla i prijava sudije Šejle Ćatić protiv advokata Mirnesa Ajanovića.
Na istim osnovama.
Zbog naših tekstova.
Sa istim optužbama.
I pala je kao kula od karata.
I biće i ona objavljena u paralelnim nastavcima, da cijela javnost vidi kako se pada kad se ide protiv zakona i protiv istine – sudačkom silom koja se koristi u privatne svrhe.
I zato kažem, bez dlake na jeziku i bez ikakvog skrivanja:
Ako je pala prijava Šejle Ćatić – pasti će i Svetlanina.
Jer pada sve što je protiv zakona, protiv činjenica i protiv prava kupaca stanova Oaza – Lamela B2.
…i Dženex će pasti!
PADA SILA I NEPRAVDA!
Pada sve što se radi mimo Ustava, mimo zakona, mimo razuma i mimo javnosti.
Pada i njihovo institucionalno utočište – bio to Tulumovićev nezakoniti mandat, bilo koja zataškavanja, bilo koja zakulisna režija, a pasti će i negov mandat me smo predsjenika neg oi sudije Kantonalnog suda u Tuzli.
Ne može se iz neprava ostvarivati pravo!
I sve će to završiti u Dokumentovano.ba.
Sve.
Svaka njihova odluka.
Svaki trag.
Svaka manipulacija.
Neka bude dobra – objavićemo.
Neka bude loša – objavićemo.
Niko neće biti iznad istine.
VIDI SE NA DLANU SUŠTINA: NEZDRAVA SUJETA KOJA BI DA UĆUTKA ISTINU
Na tom ročištu 27. novembra sudija Svetlana me nije ispitivala šta je neistina u našim tekstovima za koje je disciplinski prijavila advokata.
Nije me ispitivala gdje su eventualne greške.
Ona je – i to je suština – imala problem što je uopće pisano o njoj.
Sudija Svetlana me NIJE pitala:
- šta je netačno,
- gdje je greška,
- šta je laž,
- šta je iskrivljeno,
- šta je izmišljeno.
Nije pitala jer NEMA šta da pita.
Nije osporila nijednu činjenicu.
Nijednu rečenicu.
Nijedan navod.
Jer kada je nešto ISTINA – ne možeš ga napasti.
Svetlanin jedini problem nije bio:
„Ovo nije tačno.“
KAKO SMIJETE PISATI O MENI?
E pa smijemo.
Jer smo napisali ISTINU.
I jer živimo u državi u kojoj sudija nije vlasnik javnog diskursa.
Smeta joj što je istina o njenom radu izašla pred javnost.
Smeta joj što je Kantonalni sud srušio njene odluke.
Smeta joj što se zna da su bile nezakonite.
Smeta joj što smo je uhvatili na djelu.
A najviše smeta ovo:
što se advokat Mirnes Ajanović nije uplašio – nije se povukao – ide dalje i dalje…
Ponašala se kao da živimo u zemlji gdje sudija podnese disciplinsku prijavu za nešto što je neko drugi radio i čovjek treba:
• da šuti,
• da se ne brani,
• da ne odgovara,
• da ne govori o prijavi,
• da je drži u tajnosti,
• da se pravi mrtav.
E pa neće moći Svetlana.
Ne sa advokatom Mirnesom Ajanovićem.
Ne s Dokumentovano.ba.
Ako je neko računao da će Mirnes Ajanović spustiti glavu i reći „kriv sam“ samo zato što je sudija napisala prijavu i to zbog pisanja istine u medijima – taj se, čitaj – Svetlana, grdno prevario.
ZAKLJUČAK ZA OVAJ NASTAVAK
Svi koji su bili na ročištu vidjeli su isto:
Istina smeta samo onome kome istina škodi.
A problem nastaje kada takav čovjek sudi drugima.
A mi — idemo dalje.
I sutra oko 18:00 opet donosimo nastavak, i prekosutra…
A paralelni jutarnji feljton o Dženexu i Oazi – Lamela B2 i sudskim pr(lj)avosudnim manilulacijama ide u 08:00.
I ići će sve dok ne padne svaka sudijska, politička i tajkunska konstrukcija.
Niko neće biti izvan Dokumentovano.ba.
Niko neće biti iznad istine.

WHEN THE COMPLAINT OF JUDGE ŠEJLA ĆATIĆ COLLAPSED – SO WILL SVETLANA’S, AND EVERY ATTEMPT AT JUDICIAL REVENGE FOR PUBLISHING THE TRUTH
Anyone who followed the previous parts knows this:
at the hearing on 27 November, Judge Svetlana Stevanović did not ask a single question about the truthfulness of the Dokumentovano.ba texts for which she falsely reported attorney Mirnes Ajanović.
Zero.
Not one attempt.
Not even an attempt at an attempt.
That alone is a message —
because a judge who truly believes the text about her is false GOES AFTER IT WITH FULL FORCE.
And when a judge does not dare to say “this is not true” —
it means she knows everything is true.
Exactly that is how the disciplinary complaint of Judge Šejla Ćatić already collapsed.
On the same grounds.
For our texts.
With identical accusations.
And it fell apart like a house of cards.
And it will be published in parallel installments so the entire public can see what happens when someone tries to use judicial power for private purposes — and goes against the law, against the facts, and against the truth.
And let me say it openly:
If Šejla Ćatić’s complaint collapsed — Svetlana’s will collapse too.
Because everything that is against the law, against the facts, and against the rights of the apartment buyers from Oaza – Lamela B2 — will fall.
…and Dženex will fall as well.
ILLEGAL POWER AND INJUSTICE WILL FALL
Everything done outside the Constitution, outside the law, outside reason, outside public scrutiny — WILL fall.
Their institutional shelter will fall as well — whether it is Tulumović’s unlawful mandate, any cover-ups, any backstage choreography.
And his mandate as president — and as judge of the Cantonal Court Tuzla — will fall.
You cannot derive rights out of wrongdoing.
And all of it will end up on Dokumentovano.ba.
All of it.
Every decision.
Every trace.
Every manipulation.
If it is good — we will publish it.
If it is bad — we will publish it.
No one will stand above the truth.
THE CORE IS VISIBLE: UNHEALTHY VANITY THAT WANTS TO SILENCE THE TRUTH
At that 27 November hearing, Judge Svetlana did NOT examine me on what in our texts was allegedly false.
She did not ask where the errors were.
The essence is this:
She had a problem with the fact that anything about her was written at all.
Judge Svetlana did NOT ask:
- what is incorrect,
- where is the mistake,
- what is false,
- what is distorted,
- what is invented.
She did not ask because she had NOTHING to ask.
She did not dispute a single fact.
Not a single sentence.
Not a single claim.
Because when something is TRUE —
you cannot attack it.
Svetlana’s only problem was not:
“This is not true.”
Her problem was:
“How dare you write about ME?”
Well — we dare.
Because we wrote THE TRUTH.
And because we live in a state where a judge is not the owner of public discourse.
It bothers her that the truth about her work has reached the public.
It bothers her that the Cantonal Court overturned her decisions.
It bothers her that it is known they were unlawful.
It bothers her that we caught her in the act.
But most of all, it bothers her that attorney Mirnes Ajanović did not get scared — did not retreat — and keeps going further and further.
She behaved as if we live in a country where once a judge files a disciplinary complaint about something someone else wrote, the person must:
- stay silent,
- not defend himself,
- not respond,
- not speak about the complaint,
- keep it secret,
- play dead.
Well, Svetlana — that will not work.
Not with attorney Mirnes Ajanović.
Not with Dokumentovano.ba.
If anyone thought Mirnes would lower his head and say “I am guilty” just because a judge wrote a complaint — for writing the truth in the media — that person, meaning you, Svetlana, is gravely mistaken.
CONCLUSION OF THIS INSTALLMENT
Everyone present at the hearing saw the same thing:
Truth bothers only the one whom the truth harms.
And the problem begins when such a person judges others.
And we — we continue.
Tomorrow around 18:00 we publish the next installment.
The day after — again.
And in parallel, every morning at 08:00, the feldjton about Dženex, Oaza – Lamela B2, and the judicial pr(l)avosudne manipulations continues.
And it will continue until every judicial, political, and tycoon construction collapses.
